UK NEW VEHICLE REGISTRATIONS

Cars and commercial vehicles. A comprehensive database of new vehicle registration volumes in the UK. Reports are available monthly up to the most recent full calendar month (excluding 6T+ HCVs) and regional reporting is available down to postcode sector level. Data derived from the Motor Vehicle Registration Information System (MVRIS).

UK VEHICLES IN USE (PARC)

Cars and commercial vehicles. Covering all the vehicles registered for road use in the UK. Reports are available up to the previous year end and regional reporting is available down to postcode sector level. Derived from DVLA data but enhanced and cleansed by SMMT.

UK USED VEHICLE TRANSACTIONS

Cars and commercial vehicles. Covers all changes of registered keeper recorded by DVLA. Updated quarterly with reporting by month available in each quarterly release. Regional reporting down to postcode sector level is available.

UK PRODUCTION AND EXPORT

Cars and commercial vehicles. Covers vehicle production with data sourced directly from all the volume vehicle manufacturers who produce in the UK. Additionally reporting is available on exports of UK production to the rest of the world. Data is updated monthly.
